Return & Refund Policy
Because every RedWorks graphics kit is custom-made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has started or the design has been approved.
Before Printing
You'll receive a digital proof for approval (if selected).
Please review all names, numbers, colors, and details carefully.
Once you approve the design, production begins immediately.
Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the affected item at no additional cost.
